This confidentiality agreement was developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and other normative acts of Ukrainian legislation, which regulate legal relations related to the collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to non-interference in private life and the right to self-expression.
"WD Textile" online store, taking care of the development of relations with customers, understanding the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, in order to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings, has prepared this Agreement on confidentiality (privacy policy), hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy", and terms of use of the website of the online store https://wdtextile.com/, hereinafter referred to as the "site". Please read this page carefully, because the information on it is important for you as a Site User.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. "Administration of the site of the Internet store (hereinafter - the Administration of the site)" - employees authorized to manage the site, acting on behalf of the online store "WD Textile", who organize the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data, which are subject to processing, actions or operations carried out with personal data.

1.1.4. "Confidentiality of personal data" is a mandatory requirement for compliance by the Administrator or other persons who have access to personal data to prevent their distribution without the consent of the subject of personal data or the presence of another legal basis.

1.1.6. "Cookies" are a small piece of data sent by the web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request every time when trying to open the page of the corresponding site.
1.1.7. "IP address" is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built according to the IP protocol.
2. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the site or buying the goods offered on the site, as well as by answering the necessary questions in the questionnaire during registration and/or making a purchase, the user confirms that he gives his consent to the TM "WD Textile" online store and its authorized persons to the processing of personal data, and also who is an adult.

3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

3.1.1. identification of the User registered on the website of the online store, for placing an order and (or) concluding a contract for the sale of goods remotely with the online store "WD Textile".
